Sales Terms and Pricing
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases is:
25 units per order
10 units per product type (if applicable)
For custom or special orders, the MOQ may vary depending on the product. Please contact us for details.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided upon request and depends on the product and quantity ordered. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
We offer the following payment terms for wholesale orders:
Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer and PayPal
Payment in full is required before production begins.

Lead Times
The standard lead time for wholesale orders is 3 weeks after payment is received for most products. The standard lead time for paracord bead orders is 3 months after payment is received. Custom or larger orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your invoice.
Delivery Methods: We ship via USPS and offer standard and expedited shipping options. Contact us for alternative shipping methods.
Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-5 days for domestic orders and is variable for international orders.
Shipping Risk: Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipping. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wholesale orders, all sales are final. However, we accept returns/exchanges for defective or damaged items if reported within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of our fabrication processes, a 25% fee of the total order is assessed in the event of an order cancellation. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Custom Orders
For custom products (e.g., custom sizes, designs), additional lead times and costs may apply. Please reach out to us for specific details on your custom project.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In case of stock shortages, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated restock date.
Intellectual Property
All designs and products are the intellectual property of Holy Armament. Resellers are not permitted to reproduce or alter any products or designs without prior written consent.
